Cleaning, treated as a trade

We're a small crew rather than a big roster, and we hire the way that implies — slowly, for the long run, and with the training to back it. If you take pride in a room that's properly finished, we'd like to hear from you.

Why People Stay

Six things we get right for the crew

The same decisions that keep our clients also keep our cleaners. They're not perks — they're the reason the work comes out the way it does.

01

A run you can plan around

Rosters are set in advance, not the night before. You know your sites, your start time and your finish time, and we don't move them without asking you first.

02

The same site, learned properly

You keep your buildings instead of being sent somewhere new each night. Nobody cleans a site well the first time — the second month is where the quality actually lives.

03

Trained before you're counted on

Your first month runs alongside a senior cleaner. Chemicals, floor types, infection control and the written scope — taught on the job, on the clock, before you're rostered alone.

04

Hours quoted honestly

We price a site for the time it genuinely takes. You won't be handed four hours of work and three hours to do it in, which is the single most common reason good cleaners leave the industry.

05

Equipment that works

Serviced machines, decent cloths, and products that suit the surface. Supplied, replaced when they wear out, and never deducted from anybody's pay.

06

A supervisor who answers

If an alarm won't set, a machine dies at 9pm or a site turns out to be twice the job it was quoted as, someone picks up. You're not left to sort it out on your own.

Before You Apply

What the work actually asks

No trade certificate, no formal qualification and no prior cleaning experience is required for most roles. These are the things the job itself needs.

  • Turning up, on time, on the nights you've agreed to
  • Being on your feet and moving for the length of a shift
  • Bending, reaching and pushing equipment as normal cleaning work requires
  • Working to a written scope rather than from memory
  • Following product and safety instructions as they're written
  • Working unsupervised, often after hours and alone in a building
  • Securing the site and setting the alarm on the way out
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • A national police check for most sites — we arrange and pay for it
  • A Working with Children Check for childcare and school work

If something on that list is a barrier, ask us

Those are the requirements of the work, not a description of the person. If you can do the job with a reasonable adjustment — to the equipment, the hours, the process or the way we communicate — tell us when you apply and we'll work it out with you. Asking costs you nothing and it doesn't count against your application.

The Process

Three steps, and no unpaid work

Send your details

The form below takes about five minutes. A résumé is welcome but not required — tell us the hours that suit you and anything you've done before, and that's enough to start.

A chat, then a paid shift

A short conversation about the work and the hours, then a trial shift on a real site alongside one of our cleaners. That shift is paid, the same as any other.

Induction and your first month

Written terms before you start, checks arranged at our cost, and your first month rostered alongside a senior cleaner while you learn the sites.

Our Commitment

How we hire, and what happens to your details

Register Your Interest

Tell us what you're after

About five minutes. We read everything that comes in and we reply either way — if there's nothing suitable now, we'll say so rather than leave you waiting.

Thank you — that's with us. We read every application and we'll come back to you either way, usually within a few business days.

Please don't send identity documents, your date of birth, or medical or financial details with this form. We'll ask for what we genuinely need later on, and tell you why we need it.

Not Sure Yet?

Ask before you apply

Questions about the hours, the sites, the pay or the checks are all fair ones, and you're welcome to ask them before you put anything in writing. Message us and a real person will answer.
